The Work Channel is a prime fishing location for those interested in halibut, salmon, cod, prawn and crab fishing. For the nature lover, a peaceful kayak ride along the coastline provides ample viewing of eagles, ducks, and other shoreline birds. For the avid adventurer, the area is known for spotting black bears, grizzlies, moose, and deer. Victory Cove is located in a calm and protective inlet less than a mile from the mouth of the Work Channel. The inlet provides shelter from harsh weather patterns making it a prime fishing location for smaller boats. The area is abundant in several varieties of salmon, halibut, prawns, crab and cod. We offer chartered packages as well as welcome guest with their own boat.
The Work Channel is a seasonal home to many great mammals. Otters and sea lions are found along the coastlines. Orcas come visit the Work Channel in the spring to early summer followed by abundant pods of Humpback whales throughout the summer months. The whales can often be spotted without even leaving our docks. The Work Channel by Victory Cove is abundant with marine life.
The Work Channel is a wonderful location to explore the beautiful Fjord coastline. Victory Cove's prime location is filled with a variety of fauna and flora. Often home to visiting bald eagles and blue herons. Right off the docks jellyfish can be spotted and the odd sea urchin.

We sell anchovies & large herring bait for $15 per pack as well as sea ice for $12 a bucket. Tackle and snacks are also available for purchase.

Enjoy the beautiful scenery lounging oceanside in the outdoor BBQ area's. BBQ's, propane burners, kitchen sink, as well as dishes, cutlery & utensils are available for use.. Deep freezes are available for use as well.
